I'm a certified Master Life Coach and NLP Practitioner with over 20 years of coaching and development experience.

My career started in fashion retail leadership roles, coaching and developing teams. In 2020 I became a fulltime Agile Coach, coaching business teams.

Ascension Life Coaching was created through my passion of self discovery, self development &

Self Love.

My own journey started in 2010 after going through a divorce, moving to a new country, start a new career and had to rebuild my life.

​

I felt lost, had no idea who I truly was or where I wanted to go. 

​

My true breakthrough came when I started to focus on self love, I learnt to slow down, tune in to my thoughts and emotions & truly discover myself. With clarity on the future I desired I was able to set boundaries and felt empowered to start living my life on my terms.

Ascension Life Coaching was created out of a passion to support others going through challenging times in their lives.
